• Choose one type of vigorous exercise that you enjoy, such as, swimming, cycling and skipping, running.
  • Choose one type of ball game that you like, such as, football, basketball, badminton, volleyball and table tennis.
  • Choose one type of leisure activity that you like, such as, dancing, martial arts, and ice-skating.
  • Learn the skills of at least two of those activities so you are ready to go play anytime!
  • Get your family or friends to exercise and join activities with you, such as, hiking, picnics, organic farming and charity walking. It is more fun if you exercise and play together.
