Wear comfortable clothing and shoes during exercise.

Do some warm-up activities before exercise.

Notice the weather when you play or exercise outdoors.

Notice the temperature. On hot days, drink enough water during exercise. In cold weather, wear warm clothes that can be put on or taken off easily.

Avoid doing exercise in a wet or dark places so you won't have an accident.

If you are too tired or sick, don't force yourself to do vigorous exercise.

Stop exercise and tell your parents or teachers at once if you feel pain, fatigue, dizziness, nausea or serious breathing difficulty.

Don't try to showoff, or you may have an accident or get hurt.
