"No time" is the most common excuse students give for not exercising, even though most of them know its benefits. Most students want to be more active and know its fun. Here's how you can add activity to your busy life. Never pass up the good chance to be active!

Use recess time to play actively with your classmates or friends, e.g. rope jumping, badminton.
Take part in active extracurricular activities, e.g. Boy Scouts, dancing, and team sports.
Find chances for playing outdoors, e.g. go for a walk with your family after dinner.
Do some stretching, stepping or other exercises during TV watching.
Dance to music you hear. Good when it's raining outside!
Teach a younger brother or sister how to play a sport and be active.
Look for chances to walk more, e.g. walking to or from school instead taking bus, or walking around during recess instead of sitting chatting with friends.
Help tidy up your home e.g. by washing the dishes, or folding the clothes.
Climb stairs rather than using the elevator or escalator.
