is Fitness? Fitness means having enough energy
all the time to do what you want without feeling
tried. Too many students are not fit. Even
though they know about the importance of healthy
eating and exercise, they don't always eat
healthily or get enough exercise to grow healthily.
Are you one of them? Physical inactivity is
related to a lot of health problems, such
as more colds and flu, obesity, heart disease
and diabetes. If you're fit, you'll hardly
ever get sick, and you'll be able to perform

are always busy doing homework and preparing for
examinations. Even when not doing homework, we
spend much of our free time sitting watching television
or playing computer games. In order to become
fitter and grow healthily, get some exercise every
day and follow healthy eating habits from now
