A common reason to skip breakfast is "no time". However, a healthy breakfast can be made quickly! Here are two examples. Time Yourself!
 

Breakfast 1: Fresh sandwich and glass of milk

Ingredients: W.W. bread, low-fat cheese, tomato and lettuce

Method:

  1. Wash tomato and lettuce leaf thoroughly. (1 minute)
  2. Cut tomato into slices and chop some lettuce. (1 minute)
  3. Put a slice of low fat cheese, tomato slices and chopped lettuce onto a piece of whole grain bread. (1/2 minute)
  4. Put on another piece of whole grain bread. (5 seconds)
  5. Pour your glass of milk. (10 seconds)

Finished! 2minutes and 45 seconds!



Breakfast 2: Delicious cornflakes

Ingredients: Unsweetened cornflakes, skimmed milk, banana and raisin

Method:

  1. Cut banana into pieces. (1 minute)
  2. Pour a cup of milk into a bowl of cornflakes. (1 minute)
  3. Add banana and raisins (10 seconds)

Finished! 2 minutes and 10 seconds!
