Balanced eating and physical activity are important parts of a healthy lifestyle.


Level 1:Do it Daily

Daily activities (30 minutes or above), such as walking up stairs instead of using elevator, walking rapidly to school, playing outside, going for fast walk, doing housework

Level 2:Do Daily or Almost Daily

Aerobic exercise & Recreational activities (20 minutes or above everyday which can make your heart pound faster), such as jogging, aerobics, swimming, rope jumping, cycling and any ball games

Level 3:Do Several Times/Weeks

Leisure & games, such as dancing, martial arts and so on Strength and flexibility exercises, such as push-ups, sit-ups, and weight lifting.

Level 4:Do the Least

Watch TV, play video or computer games, or any activities sitting for 30 minutes or longer
