  1. (Yes / No) I regularly do strengthening & aerobic exercise, such as running, swimming, playing ball, cycling and so on.
  2. (Yes / No) Each week, I do 3 or more occasions of vigorous activities for at least 20 minutes each time, which makes my heart pound faster
  3. (Yes / No) I warm up before exercise and stretch afterwards to cool down
