You can find the lastest version of RasMol here.
Chime is a plug-in for netscape/internet explorer that allows you to view 3D structures of molecules. You can download chime at http://www.mdlchime.com/. Once you get Chime installed, you can also try protein explorer that provides the command line interface for Chime. You should get along with Chime and Protein Explorer easily since they shares similar menu-interface and commands with RasMol. You can learn more about Chime, Protein Explorer and RasMol at http://www.umass.edu/microbio/rasmol/.
RasTop, a program based on source codes of RasMol, provides a more 'user-friendly' interface for RasMol. It can be download at http://www.geneinfinity.org/rastop/.
