1. HKSBMB Society Membership Categories and Fees
(Unless otherwise specified, all basic membership fees cover a one-year membership.)

1. Life members (by invitation only) (HK$500): Academic staff affiliated to tertiary institutes and whose work is closely related to biochemistry and/or molecular biology.

2. Full members (HK$100): Academic staff affiliated to tertiary institutes and whose work is closely related to biochemistry and/or molecular biology. International members: membership fees will cover for two years.

3. Associate members (HK$50): Scientific Officers, post-doctoral fellows, technicians, research associates/assistants, postgraduate students, school teachers, and others whose work is related to biochemistry and/or molecular biology.

4. Student members (HK$50): Undergraduate students, secondary school students interested in biochemistry and/or molecular biology.

5. Corporate members (HK$1,000): Companies whose services or products are related to biochemistry and/or molecular biology.
