Module 6 : Self-study SkillsIn this module, there are five sections guiding you how to read and present a scientific paper. We will start with the basic skills for information search and reference management, followed by the key concepts in reading a scientific paper. Presentation skills in oral and written formats will be discussed in the last two sections. For each section, there are examples and self-tests.

In this module, there are two sections teaching you how to read and write a scientific paper. There is a matching game to teach you how to read different scientific papers and distinguish the good papers from the bad ones.
In the second section of this module, there are some examples of lab reports showing the critical points to teach you how to write a good scientific report or thesis. You may strengthen your self-study skills after finishing this module.
