New Command : Select
Uses: Used to select the atoms for various function
Syntax: select {<expression>}
Expression can be one of the following:
at acidic acyclic aliphatic alpha amino aromatic backbone basic bonded buried cg charged cyclic cystine helix hetero hydrogen hydrophobic ions large ligand medium neutral nucleic polar protein purine pyrimidine selected sheet sidechain small solvent surface turn water ¡@ ¡@ ¡@

New Command : color
Uses: Used to change the color of the atoms
Syntax: color <color>
You may select one of the following colors:
Black Orange Blue Pink BlueTint PinkTint Brown Purple Cyan Red Gold RedOrange Grey SeaGreen Green SkyBlue GreenBlue Violet GreenTint White HotPink Yellow Magenta YellowTint
Rmk: Before using color, you should you "select" to select the molecules that you want to change color.
