Protein sequence analysis

We aim to answer the question: "What information I can learn from a protein sequence?"
In this session, we will use the following unknown protein sequence to perform various bioinformatics tasks. We will refer this as the query sequence later.

1. Sequence similarity search using BLAST

2. Prediction of physical properties

3. Prediction of secondary structure
